Pharmaceutics

Department of Pharmaceutics is an inherent element of the pharmacy course. Members of pharmaceutics, pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical biotechnology are regarded in teaching theory and practical’s of the following listed subjects as per the pharmacy council of India.

The Department of Pharmaceutics is established to parade with times, and our teaching and learning focus on expanding the scientific avenues for improving the delivery of drugs and therapeutic agents. We offer a training environment that includes the latest formulation technologies supervised by experienced teachers and dedicated staff.

The formulation and development lab in our institution has been equipped with modern instruments and machinery such as Rotary Tablet Punching Machine, Tablet Coating Machine, Disintegration and Dissolution Test Apparatus, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Tablet Tester, and Tray Drier etc. Our students have the opportunities to perform research in various interdisciplinary areas relating to pharmaceutics, including the preformulation studies, formulations and evaluation of pharmaceutical dosage forms, stability studies of formulations, and antimicrobial screening of drugs.
