Roles and Responsibilities of the Women’s Grievances Cell/Gender Sensitization Cell:
- 1. The Cell has been instructed to spread the message of Gender Equality in order to eliminate gender bias and gender insensitivity through Seminars, Poster Display, Organising Exhibitions, Submitting Memorandams, Arranging Marches and Dharnas. The Cell has also been mainly entrusted with taking up cases of harassment and atrocities on female teachers, employees and girl students, enquire and take appropriate action against the culprits.
- 2. The Cell will recommend action against the perpetrators of such offences to the Principal / Head of the Department / Disciplinary Committee / Officials of the University / Vice Chancellor.
- 3. The Cell may also approach directly to the local police and other relevant bodies. The action should be initiated within 24 Hours of the complaint.
- 4. The victim of any incidence of atrocity or harassment can approach any of the members of the Cell, who will report the matter to the Secretary / Chairperson, who will initiate enquiry and recommend action. If found necessary meeting of the General Body of the Cell be convened to discuss the complaint.
- 5. Follow-up activities.
Anti - Discrimination Cell
Anti-Discrimination Cell has created to address the depriving student and/or group of students on a particular caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability or any type and matters of imposing conditions of any student which is incompatible with the dignity of human beings.

Placement and Carrier Guidance Cell
The Placement and Carrier Guidance Cell is constituted to improve the quality of the graduate student experience. To that end, we spend a considerable amount of time talking with students about their goals, concerns, and suggestions for improving their experience. The Institute is working towards enhancing the institutional culture to serve better the needs of an ever-changing and dynamic learning community. The Institute offers career guidance on all aspects of career planning, job searching, and post-graduate studies. We provide individual counseling through scheduled appointments.

In order to inculcate knowledge along with character, our team of faculties, strive hard to imbibe values, morals and ethics to students and following committee is framed to look after and counsel discipline related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Discipline Committee:
- 1. To maintain & enforce strict discipline in the college campus.
- 2. To enforce strict dress code among students.
- 3. To enforce total prohibition of Mobile Phone usage by the students inside the College Campus. Please note that Mobile phone is totally prohibited in the College Campus and if a student is found carrying Mobile Phone, the Mobile phone needs to be confiscated & returned to the Principal.
- 4. To Monitor the movement of the students in the College and prevent students loitering around in the corridors during the College working hours.
- 5. To ensure that all the students attend classes without bunking & prevent the Students from leaving the College early. Please note that no student can leave the College early without prior permission of the higher authorities (Gate pass issued needs to be produced).
- 6. To ensure that students maintain utmost silence in the Library.
- 7. To maintain proper discipline in the student waiting room, corridors and other places during the college working hours.
- 8. To assist the college anti-ragging committee in preventing ragging in the college and to spread anti- ragging campaign throughout the student’s community.
- 9. To recommend suitable disciplinary action against that student indulging in acts of indiscipline, beyond doubt.
